Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their services prior to the commencement of the project or engagement. Any upfront fees paid will be refunded, excluding a 10% administrative fee for processing.
- Cancellations made after project initiation will not be eligible for a refund due to the resources already allocated to the project.
Modifications to Services
If a client is unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, we encourage feedback and will work to address concerns through service revisions or adjustments where feasible.
Exceptions
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the event of non-performance or failure to deliver agreed-upon services within the specified timeline.
